Abstract

Saifudin Afandi, NIT 51145483.T, 2018, ”analisis pengaruh kinerja plunger barrel pompa tekanan tinggi dan bahan bakar terhadap kinerja injektor mesin induk dan strategi optimalisasi kinerja injektor mesin induk MV. Sinar Papua”, Skripsi Program Studi Teknika, Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I: Dr. A. Agus Tjahjono, MM., M. Mar.E. Pembimbing II: Ir. Boedojo Wiwoho, S.J., M.T. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the correlation value of the performance of the high pressure pump and fuel pump Plunger Barrel on the performance of the main engine injector and what strategies should be used to optimize the performance of the injector main engine MV. Sinar Papua. This study uses the SPSS method which produces quantitative data to describe and describe the object under study. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with Linkert scale and documentation approaches, then the questionnaire is given to respondents of PIP Semarang the number of sixty respondents eighth semester program study majoring in engineering in hopes of expected results the answer given by the respondent is relevant. The method used is SWOT. The results showed that the value of the correlation coefficient of variable X1 influence on Y variable is 42.1% (moderate), the value of the correlation coefficient of the variable X2 influence on Y variable is 26.5% (low), the correlation coefficient value of the variables X1 and X2 simultaneously to variable Y is 32.9 % (low). From the results of the SWOT analysis shows the results in quadrant II (diversification strategy) that is improving the quality of the Engineer's skills in maintenance of the main engine injector and giving strict sanctions to the Engineer who does not carry out manual procedures on maintenance injector of the main engine.
