Abstract

Depy Prasetio, 51145502 K, 2018,“Analysis of Delay in Procurement of Spare Parts in Internal Division of Technical Fleet II at PT. Pertamina Shipping”, Minithesis Port and Shipping Department, Diploma IV, Merchant Marine Polytechnic of Semarang. Supervisor : (I) H.Suharso, S.H, S.Pd, S.E, M.M, (II) Purwantono,S.Pi, M.Pd. Launching activities by fleet of PT. Pertamina Delivery of sufficiently dense maintenance machines used to process the fleet there are no obstacles. The company's obligation to support ship maintenance must provide spare parts and cost for the vessel. Companies formed within the organizational structure responsible for the activities and fleet of the Engineering Fleet II. In this research the authors describe the procurement process analysis of spare parts procurement in the internal division of II Pertamina Shipping II Technical Armada and the constraints faced and efforts made by PT. Pertamina Shipping in procurement of spare parts. The method used in writing this thesis is descriptive and qualitative. The data collected by the author in the form of words derived from the author's direct observation. The results of research conducted during researcher Land Project in PT. Petamina Shipping, Technical Division Fleet II serves as a procurement of goods and services needed by the ship in supporting the smoothness of shipping activities of oil by the fleet of PT. Pertamina Shipping still lacks the lack of knowledge of suppliers / vendors in providing spare parts in compliance with standards, estimators who feel overwhelmed by too much demand for fleet spare parts and document archiving that result in obstacles to the process. By overcoming the problem is expected procurement process goods and services can run smoothly and companies do not suffer losses caused by disruption of the operation of the ship, at the end of the thesis the authors present conclusions and suggestions.
