Abstract

ABSTRAK Raditya Wisnu Perbawa, 2020, NIT: 531611306240 K, “Analisis Pengaruh Sistem Innovation Challenge Creation Dalam Proses Release Bill Of Lading Di PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia”, Skripsi, Program Studi Ketatalaksanaan Angkutan Laut dan Kepelabuhanan, Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I: Okvita Wahyuni, S.ST., M.M., Pembimbing II: Ria Hermina Sari, SS., M.Sc Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menganalisa bagaimana penerapan sistem ICC dalam proses release bill of lading, (2) faktor yang menghambat proses release bill of lading, (3) upaya untuk meningkatkan sistem ICC dalam memperlancar proses release bill of lading. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi berupa foto-foto dokumen bill of lading, dan sistem ICC (Innovation Challenge Creation) di PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, penerapan penggunaan sistem ICC dapat memperlancar proses release bill of lading serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap customer agar lebih efisien. Faktor yang mempengaruhi sistem ICC dalam proses release bill of lading utamanya adalah kecakapan dari operator sistem dalam hal berkomunikasi, serta kurangnya pemahaman penggunaan sistem ICC bagi karyawan yang baru dalam pengoperasian. Upaya yang dilakukan perusahaan PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia dalam meningkatkan sistem ICC dalam proses release bill of lading adalah dengan melakukan konfirmasi setiap bulan ke pihak owner terkait pembaruan sistem ICC serta pengecekan perangkat pendukung ICC dan pergantian password id untuk mengantisipasi serangan cyber. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively with data collection techniques conducted by observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation in the form of photographs of bill of lading documents, and the ICC (Innovation Challenge Creation) system at PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia. The results showed that the application of the use of the ICC system could facilitate the release of the bill of lading process and improve the quality of service to customers to be more efficient. The factors that influence the ICC system in the release of bill of lading process are mainly the ability of the system operator in terms of communication, as well as the lack of understanding of the use of the ICC system for new employees in operation. The efforts made by the company PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia in improving the ICC system in the release of bill of lading process is to make monthly confirmation to the owner regarding the renewal of the ICC system as well as checking ICC support devices and changing password id to anticipate cyber attacks.
