Based on the results of research conducted at PT. Adhiguna putera there are factors that influence the smoothness of unloading tools namely: How the process of unloading goods at PT. Adhiguna Putera, what is the impact of unloading delay in PT. Adhiguna Putera, what efforts are made to overcome the unloading delay in PT. Adhiguna Putera.
