Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Widiyantoro, Muhamad, 52155631 N, 2020, “Pengaruh Kerusakan Hydraulic Terhadap Bongkar Muat di MV. Sri Wandari Indah”, skripsi Program Studi Nautika, Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing Materi (I): Capt. H. Agus Subardi, M.Mar., Pembimbing Metodologi dan Penulisan (II): Capt. Akhmad Ndori, S. ST. M. M, M. Mar Transportasi laut dipandang sebagai sarana yang paling efektif dalam menjawab tingginya permintaan suatu komoditas. Perkembangan industri 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0 berpengaruh besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sebuah negara. Hal ini didukung dengan pendistribusian barang yang cepat, kapal beperan sebagai moda transportasi barang dimana unsur keselamatan dan keamanan dapat terpenuhi. Pemuatan dan pembongkaran muatan harus berjalan dengan baik, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk memastikan pelaksanaannya. Keterlambatan membongkar muatan yang disebabkan kebocoran hydraulic. Peran nahkoda dan perwira jaga sebagai pihak yang lebih berpengalaman, diharapkan dapat melakukan upaya untuk mencegahnya. Mengkoordinasikan kerja pada saat pembongkaran muatan menunjukkan bahwa kapal telah mengikuti prosedur dan upaya-upaya untuk memperbaiki kebocoran hydraulic. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk menganalisa masalah adalah metode fishbone analysis. Data-data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan pengumpulan data diperoleh dari pengamatan, wawancara, deskriptif dan kepustakaan. Fishbone analysis bertujuan sebagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk merubah data hasil dari sebuah penelitian menjadi informsi lebih sederhana, agar mudah digunakkan untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, perawatan hydraulic lebih ditingkatkan dan pengadaan spare part terus diupayakan oleh pihak kapal. Disamping itu, management perusahaan juga mempengaruhi kinerja crew di atas kapal sehingga perlu adanya pembenahan dalam management perusahaan terhadap kapal.
