Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Yopi Virdiantono,2019, NIT:51145232.N, “ANALISIS DISTRIBUSI BAHAN BAKAR MINYAK (BBM) WILAYAH INDONESIA TIMUR DI MT. BERKAT ANUGERAH 03”, skripsi Program Studi Nautika, Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I: Dr. Capt. Suwiyadi, M.Pd., M.Mar, Pembimbing II: H.Mustholiq, MM   Tujuan utama dalam pelayaran adalah mendistribusikan proses bongkar muat muatan solar di MT. Sinar Emas. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut dapat ditentukan dari persiapan-persiapan yang dilakukan untuk mendistribusikan muatan avtur, besar jumlah muatan yang dimuat dan dibongkar, dan perhitungan perbedaan jumlah muatan avtur yang dibongkar. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mengatasi masalah adalah metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data Fishbone dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) untuk menentukan masalah prioritas saat mendistribusikan bongkar muat muatan solar sehingga Anda bisa menemukan pemecahan masalah tersebut. Dari perhitungan prioritas masalah, distribusi yang paling berpengaruh dalam proses bongkar muat. Sumber data dari penelitian ini bersal dari hasil observasi penanganan muatan diatas kapal selama periode April 2017 sampai Agustus 2017, kemudian diolah menggunakan Microsoft excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: persiapan-persiapan yang dilakukan dengan melakukan persiapan, perencanaan, komunikasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Besar muatan solar yang dimuat dan dibongkar kapal MT. Sinar Emas berbeda jumlahnya di setiap pelabuhan bongkar karena berdasarkan jumlah muatan yang dibutuhkan, keadaan tangki, pipa muatan, penguapan serta adanya kebocoran. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada setiap pelabuhan dan daerah tingkat membutuhkan muatan solar yang berbeda-beda dengan proses yang sama serta kecepatan waktu bongkar di setiap pelabuhan juga berbeda-beda ABSTRACT Yopi Virdiantono, 2019, NIT: 51145232.N, “Analysis of Distribution of fuel oil(BBM) eastern Indonesia in MT. In achieving these objectives can be determined from: (1) implementation carried out to distribute fuel oil, (2) number of distributions (BBM) in MT. Berkat Anugerah 03, (3) the amount of avtur type fuel oil distribution for the Timika area. The method used by the researchers to solve the problem is quantitative method with data analysis method of Fishbone and Qualitative to determine priority problem when distributing loading and unloading fuel oil (BBM) of cargo so that you can find the solution of the problem. From the calculation of the priority of the problem, the most influential distribution in the process ofdistribution. Sources of data from this study came from the observation of handling cargo on board during the period of April 2017 until June 2017, then processed using likert tabel. The results showed: (1) the implementation taken by preparing, planning, communication, implementation, and evaluation. (2) amount of cargo that ship distribution in MT. Berkat Anugerah 03 different in number. And (3) the amount of Avtur load in Timika is 10.970,373K/L. Based on the results of the analysis the researchs suggested: (1) to smooth the distribution. (2) to prevent danger and fraud. And (3) prevent losses for the ship.
