Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Muhammad Hady Laksono, 2019, NIT: 52155838 T, “Analisa penyebab pecahnya winchlass hydraulic oil pump di kapal MV.DK.01”, skripsi Program Studi Teknika, Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I: Achmad Wahyudiono MM., M.Mar.E Pembimbing II: Capt Tri Kismantoro, MM , M.Mar. Winchlass adalah mesin deck jangkar yang memanfaatkan sistem hydraulic dab dihubungkan dengan rantai melalui tabung jangkar ( hawse pipe ) menu ke chain locker sebagai penyimpanan rantai kapal. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah Faktor apa yang menyebabkan pecahnya winchlass hydraulic oil pump, dampak yang diakibatkan oleh pecahnya winchlass hydraulic oil pump, upaya pencegahanagar tidak terjadi pecahnya winchlass hyfraulic oil pump. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode fishbone analysis dan fault tree analysis, dimana fishbone analysis digunakan untuk menganalisa dari permasalahan, sedangkan fault tree analysis digunakan untuk pembahasan dan menentukan upaya permasalahan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penyebab pecahnya winchlass hydarulic oil pump adalah Cylinder kerja yang bermasalah yang diantaranya ada goresan pada liner akan menyebabkan minyak hydraulic bocor kedalam housing, Kondisi cuaca yang kurang baik sehingga kapal terbawa oleh arus dan pompa hydraulic winchlass,Pengoperasian pompa hydraulic winchlass harus sesuai prosedur, dikarenakan prosedur pengoperasian yang salah dapat berakibat kerusakan pada pompa hydraulic winchlass. Cara mengatasi permasalahan di atas adalah Penggantian filter dengan rutin akan mengurangi masuknya kotoran atau gram masuk kedalam system, Maintenance atau perawatan secara rutin dan berkala adalah upaya pencegahan yang harus dilakukan agar terhindar dari kerusakan yang fatal dan juga selalu siap start pengoperasian kapanpun jika digunakan. Winchlass is a deck anchor machine that utilizes a hydraulic system and is connected to a chain through a hawse pipe menu to the chain locker as a vessel chain storage. The purpose of this thesis is what factors cause the breakdown of the winchlass hydraulic oil pump, the impact caused by the rupture of the winchlass hydraulic oil pump, prevention efforts not to break the winchlass hyfraulic oil pump. The research method that I use is the method of fishbone analysis and fault tree analysis, where fishbone analysis is used to analyze problems, while fault tree analysis is used to discuss and determine the problem effort. The results obtained from this study indicate that the cause of the rupture of the winchlass hydarulic oil pump is a troubled working cylinder which includes scratches on the liner which will cause the hydraulic oil to leak into the housing, unfavorable weather conditions so that the ship is carried by the current and hydraulic winchlass pump the hydraulic winchlass must be in accordance with the procedure, because the wrong operating procedure can result in damage to the hydraulic winchlass pump How to overcome the above problems is to replace the filter regularly will reduce the entry of dirt or grams into the system, maintenance or maintenance regularly and periodically is a preventative effort that must be done to avoid fatal damage and also always ready to start the operation whenever if used.
