Abstract

David Sukamto, 2018, NIT: 49124655.T, "Identification of occupational accidents in terms of application of ISM CODE on oms.ijen ships" with MethodetG. Diploma IV, Teknika, Polytechnic of Semarang Shipping Sail, Supervisor I: F. Pambudi Widiatmaka. ST.MT and PembimbingII: Capt.H. S. Sumardi, SH, MM, M, Mar The purpose of this study is to remind how important the implementation of ISM CODE and safety hazards on bulk carriers and causes when not implemented ISM CODE on board. With the ultrasound method we can know which one should be noticed in the application and things to do in the event of an accident. Based on the results of research conducted in MV. OMS IJEN we can conclude how important the implementation and basic science about ISM CODE so that no accident in operation and impact to all crew. The cause of fire wire accidents is the curiosity of the curiosity curiosity and the lack of counseling from machinists who know about safety and lack of knowledge about ISM CODE.
