Data were collected through interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The causes of non-optimal container delivery activities are the arrival of shipping fleets simultaneously, system problems during the gate process, ship loading and unloading activities that interfere with shiploads, the automatic delivery process on the system sensor is not read by RFID, failure of the truck and container license plate image recognition system, job the slip or gate pass that comes out is not the same as the RFID sensor, the log system damage to retrieve the container body, and the weight of the container is not included in the gate pass or job slip or is not appropriate. Efforts are being made to optimize container delivery activities by planning a comprehensive plan for all blocks in the field as well as for picking up containers for truck scheduling allocations through information on traffic conditions for delivery flows via the TPKS web access, arranging for shipment arrivals by opening and closing roads in the interchange area.
