Abstract

INTISARI Yudatriyana, Hadyan Permana. 52155600 N. 2020. “Analisis Ketidaksesuaian Free Gas Operation Sebelum Memasuki Dry Dock di Kapal LNG Tangguh Batur”. Skripsi. Program Diploma IV, Program Studi Nautika, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I : Capt. H. Agus Subardi,M.Mar., Pembimbing II : Daryanto, S.H, M.M. Latar belakang penulis dalam melakukan penelitian terhadap “Analisis Ketidaksesuaian Free Gas Operation Sebelum Memasuki Dry Dock di Kapal LNG Tangguh Batur” adalah karena adanya ketidaksesuaian dalam pelaksanaan secara aktual, sehingga pada saat pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa hambatan yang menyebabkan waktu pelaksanaannya lebih lama, dan tidak sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku menurut Cargo Operating Manual, dan SIGTTO. Akhirnya, penulis menyusun skripsi ini dengan rumusan masalah 1.) Apakah Free Gas Operation yang dilaksanakan secara aktual telah sesuai dengan standar prosedur yang berlaku menurut Cargo Operating Manual, dan SIGTTO 2.) Bagaimana upaya untuk mengatasi penyebab ketidaksesuaian yang timbul pada Free Gas Operation ? Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dangan teknik analisis data fishbone. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, riset kepustakaan dan browsing internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1.) Adanya ketidaksesuaian dalam Free Gas Operation yang dilaksanakan secara aktual dengan prosedur pada Cargo Operating Manual dan SIGTTO. 2.) Upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan familiarisasi, simulasi dan training. Saran penulis, untuk pelaksanaan Free Gas Operation harus berpatokan pada Cargo Operating Manual, dan SIGTTO, agar tercipta operasi yang aman serta terhindar dari kejadian-kejadian yang dapat membahayakan kapal beserta isinya. Agus Subardi,M.Mar, Mentor II : Daryanto, S.H, MM The author’s background in conducting research of “Analysis of Discrepancies in Free Gas Operation before entering Dry Dock in Vessel LNG Tangguh Batur” is because there is incompatibility while doing it actually, so that at the time of it’s implementation there are some obstacles that caused the time of implementation longer, and it’s not in accordance with the applicable procedure according to Cargo Operating Manual, and SIGTTO. Finally, the writer composes this minithesis with structure of the problems are 1.) Is Free Gas Operation carried out actually was complied with standard procedures in accordance with Cargo Operating Manual, and SIGTTO ?2.) How to overcome the causes of the discrepancies arising in Free Gas Operation ? The research method that is use in writing this minithesis is descriptive qualitative method, with analysis method using Fishbone. Sources of data from this study are from observations and record of operation during the author’s experience joining Free Gas Operation in November 2018 onboard LNG Vessel Tangguh Batur. The results shows that: 1.) There is discrepancies in Free Gas Operation which is conducted actually with the procedures in Cargo Operating Manual, and SIGTTO. 2.) The efforts made are familiarization, simulation, and training. The author's suggestion for the Free Gas Operation is that it must be carried out in accordance with Ship’s Cargo Operating Manual, and SIGTTO to create a safe entry tank, with safe operation, and avoid events that may endanger the ship and its contents.
