Abstract

ABSTRAK Muhammad Fikri Shobar Ichlasun, NIT. 52155891.K, 2019 “Distribusi hasil produksi pabrik kertas PT. Pura Group”, Program Diploma IV, Ketatalaksanaan Angkutan Laut dan Kepelabuhanan, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing 1: Dr. Capt. Suwiyadi, M.Pd., M.Mar. Pembimbing 2: Wiratno, M.T., M.Mar. Distribusi hasil produksi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang menjadi unsur penting dalam setiap kegiatan perusahaan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi distribusi yang dilaksanakan oleh suatu perusahaan. Begitu juga dengan hal-hal yang terkait dalam proses distribusi hasil produksi suatu perusahaan dengan fokus kepada analisis hasil produksi suatu perusahaan yaitu PT. Pura Group Kudus. Distribusi mempunyai aspek pendukung yang sangat vital yaitu dengan hasil produksi sebagai tumpuan utama dalam hal ini. Banyak teori pendukung yaitu faktor produksi itu sendiri dengan aspek-aspek penting didalamnya dan juga perusahaan industri sebagai pelaku kegiatan produksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan penyajian data secara deskriptif dan dengan cara pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi, studi pustaka dengan pengolahan data secara reduksi data atau mengambil data-data yang dibutuhkan dan mengambil intisari dari data tersebut. Besarnya hasil produksi yang didistribusikan dengan mengambil sampul produksi tiga tahun yaitu pada tahun 2016, 2017 dan 2018 menggambarkan besarnya produksi sangat tergantung pada permintaan dari pelanggan, jenis-jenis yang diproduksi pada PT.Pura Group sangat beragam dan jumlah yang sudah didistribusikan sudah mampu menguasai sebagian besar pasar lokal dan sudah mampu menembus pasar internasional. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan besar kecilnya hasil produksi pada PT. Pura Group antara lain adalah SDM, teknologi pemerintahan yang stabil dan juga modal awal dari perusahaan. Jenisjenis yang diproduksi pada PT. Pura Group sangatlah beragam diantaranya adalah kertas uang, kertas khusus dan juga kertas kertas lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian juga dapat disimpulkan hasil produksi yang didistribusikan pada PT. Distribution of production is an activity that is an important element in every activity of the company. Many factors affect the distribution carried out by a company. Likewise with matters related to the distribution process of a company's production with a focus on analyzing the production results of a company, namely PT. Pura Group Kudus. Distribution has a very vital supporting aspect, with production as the main support in this regard. Many supporting theories are the factor of production itself with important aspects in it and also industrial companies as actors of production activities. The research method used is a qualitative research method, by presenting data descriptively and by collecting data through documentation, observation, library research by data processing by reducing data or taking the required data and taking the essence of the data. The amount of production distributed by taking a three-year production cover, namely in 2016, 2017 and 2018, illustrates that the amount of production is highly dependent on the demand from customers, the types produced at PT.Pura Group are very diverse and the amount that has been distributed has been able to control some large local market and has been able to penetrate international markets. From the results of the research it can be concluded that the factors causing the size of the production at PT. Pura Group includes HR, stable government technology and initial capital from the company. The types produced at PT. Pura Group is very diverse including paper money, special paper and also other paper. From the research results it can also be concluded that the results of the production distributed to PT. Pura Group has touched both in local and international markets.
