Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Muhamad Firdaus, NIT 52155572 N, 2019, “Strategi Optimasi Standar Latihan Keadaan Darurat Dengan Metode FISHBONE and SWOT”, Skripsi Program Studi Nautika, Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I: Capt. Arika Palapa, M.Si,,M.Mar. dan Pembimbing II: Sri Purwantini, S.E, S.Pd, M.M. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingnya kedisiplinan, ketertiban, dan ketrampilan dalam melaksanakan pelatihan keadaan darurat diatas kapal. Untuk menguji seberapa besar kesadaran crew terhadap standar latihan keadaan darurat di kapal. Sehingga apabila terjadi situasi berbahaya dapat ditanggulangi atau diminimalisir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif, sedangkan analisisnya menggunakan metode Fishbone Analysis dan SWOT Analysis. Metode Fishbone Analysis digunakan untuk menemukan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kurang optimalnya latihan keadaan darurat dan metode SWOT Analysis digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan kurang optimalnya latihan keadaan darurat dari faktor – faktor yang telah ditemukan sebelumnya melalui Fishbone Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan optimalnya latihan keadaan darurat di MV. Bara Anugerah adalah pelatihan awak kapal sebelum on board yang lebih kompeten sesuai dengan standar perusahaan, keahlian awak kapal yang lebih merupakan suatu hal yang sangat diutamakan untuk dapat meningkatkan kepedulian dan kesadaran awak kapal tentang pentingnya latihan keadaan darurat lifeboat drill. Pengecekan dan perawatan peralatan Emergency Drill yang rutin secara berkala sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui kondisi peralatan Emergency Drill yang masih layak ataupun sudah tidak layak. Tersedianya peralatan keadaan darurat yang baru serta memadai dari perusahaan merupakan suatu peluang yang sangat besar agar pelaksanaan latihan keadaan darurat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa ada hambatan peralatan yang rusak. Prosedur latihan keadaan darurat yang sesuai dan terarah, sehingga pada saat kejadian yang sesungguhnya awak kapal sudah siap dan sigap dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing. The purpose of this study was to find out how important discipline, order, and skills in carrying out emergency training on board. To test the crew's awareness of the standard emergency training on board. So that if a dangerous situation occurs, it can be overcome or minimized. This type of research was descriptive qualitative, while the analysis used the Fishbone Analysis and SWOT Analysis methods. The Fishbone Analysis method is used to find and find out the factors that caused less optimal emergency training and the SWOT Analysis method was used to solve the less optimal problems of emergency training from the factors that had been found previously through Fishbone Analysis. The results of the study showed the factors that influenced the optimal implementation of emergency training in the MV. Bara Anugerah was training the crew before on board which was more competent in accordance with company standards, the expertise of the crew was more of a priority to be able to increase the awareness. The awareness of the crew about the importance of Emergency Lifeboat Drill. Regular checking and maintenance of Emergency Drill of equipments were needed to determine the condition of Emergency Drill equipments that were still proper and not proper. The availability of adequate emergency equipments from the company was a big opportunities so that the implementation of emergency training will run smoothly without any damaged equipment. Emergency Drill procedure, to carry out the procedure of Emergency Drill that was appropriate so that when the incident happenes, the crew will be ready and having readiness to carry out their duties and responsibilities.
