Abstract

ABSTRAK Auriantika, 2019, NIT : 52155853.K, “Efektivitas Penggunaan Aplikasi Fast Offshore Supply Fleet Untuk Menunjang Kinerja Pengurusan Sertifikat Kapal Di Pt. Fast Offshore Indonesia”. Skripsi Program Studi Ketatalaksanaan Angkutan Laut dan Kepelabuhanan, Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing Materi (I): Sri Purwantini, S.E., S.Pd, M.M., Pembimbing Metodologi dan Penulisan (II): Adi Oktavianto, S.T., M.M. Perusahaan Fast Offshore merupakan perusahaan pelayaran yang bergerak pada jasa pengangkutan laut untuk lepas pantai. Dalam kegiatan operasional kapal, kapal harus memenuhi persyaratan laik laut, salah satunya serifikat kapal masih berlaku. Sedangkan sertifikat kapal yang banyak dan staff operasional membutuhkan alat untuk menunjang pengurusan sertikat agar lebih terkontrol dan meminimalisir kesalahan maka dibuatlah aplikasi FOS Fleet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sitem kerja aplikasi FOS Fleet untuk menunjang kinerja pengurusan sertifikat kapal di PT. Fast Offshore Indonesia dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi FOS Fleet untuk menunjang kinerja pengurusan sertifikat kapal di PT. Fast Offshore Indonesia. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggambarkan dan menjelaskan data secara rinci berdasarkan fakta yang ada. Data diperoleh melalui metode pengumpulan data, melakukan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, serta studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan antara lain adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Sistem kerja aplikasi FOS Fleet ini sama seperti aplikasi pada umunya, dengan fitur tampilan yang lebih sederhana terdapat fitur yang lebih lengkap meliputi: daftar kapal, sertifikat dan notifikasi. Dengan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas suatu sistem, kelengkapan fitur yang sesuai kebutuhan, keandalan, penggunaan yang mudah, inovasi dan kemanan aplikasi tersebut, aplikasi FOS Fleet ini sangat efektif untuk membantu kinerja karyawan di PT. Fast Offshore Company is a shipping company that engages in sea freight service for offshore. In the operation of the ship, the vessel must meet the seaworthy requirements, one of those things is the vessel certificate still valid. While there are many ship certificates and operational staff need tools to support the management of the certificate to be more controlled and minimize the error then the FOS Fleet application is designed. This research aims to determine the work system of FOS Fleet application to support the performance of ship certificate management at PT. Fast Offshore Indonesia and to know the effectiveness of using the application of FOS Fleet to support management performance Ship certificate at PT. Fast Offshore Indonesia. The author uses descriptive qualitative methods by describing and explaining the data in detail based on facts. The data obtained through the method of collecting data, doing observation, interviews, study documentation, as well as the study of the literature. Data analysis methods used are data reduction serving data and give a conclusion. The FOS Fleet application working system is the same as the application in general, with a simpler display feature, there are more complete features involve: ship list, certificates, and notifications. With several factors that affect the effectiveness of a system, completeness of features that suit the needs, reliability, easy use, innovation and security of the application, the FOS Fleet application is very effective to assist the performance of employees at PT. Fast Offshore Indonesia.
