Abstract

ABSTRAKSI FHENDY AJIE WIDYARAMA, 2019, NIT : 52155599. N, “Kontribusi Pembuatan kapal di PT. JMI Semarang menunjang Tol Laut”, skripsi Program Studi Nautika,Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I: Dr. Capt. Suwiyadi, M.Pd., M.Mar , Pembimbing II: Ahmad Wahyudiono, M.M. Pembangunan industri perkapalan merupakan isu yang selalu berkembang sesuai dengan arah tuntunan perkembangan aktivitas manusia yang hidup didalamnya. Industri pembuatan kapal berperan penting dalam mendukung pelaksanaan pembangunan nasional yang bertujuan meningkatkan tingkat perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta untuk meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi khususnya dalam program tol laut. Atas dasar pertimbangan inilah pemerintah melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 67 Tahun 2005 Tentang Kerjasama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha dalam Penyediaan Infrastruktur mencanangkan upaya percepatan pembangunan insfrastruktur sebagai sebuah kebutuhan yang mendesak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dan mengalisa kontribusi pembuatan kapal di PT JANATA MARINA INDAH (JMI) Semarang menunjang tol laut dengan diketahuinya grafik analisa perkembangan pembuatan kapal-kapal di PT JMI Semarang akan diketahuinya tingkat keberhasilan atas program pembangunan guna melihat kontribusi dan kualitas PT JMI Semarang menghadapi persaingan industri pembuatan kapal dalam negeri Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis dari objek yang diteliti, dalam hal ini peneliti mengumpulkan data berupa pendekatan terhadap obyek melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap sumber langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hal-hal yang dilakukan mulai persiapan, perencanaan, perijinan, komunikasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi sangatlah penting untuk menunjang kelancaran proses pembangunan sebuah kapal di building bert. The development of the shipping industry is an issue that always develops according to the direction of the development of human activities that live in it. The shipbuilding industry plays an important role in supporting the implementation of national development which aims to increase the level of the economy and the welfare of the community as well as to increase economic competitiveness especially in the sea highway program. Based on this consideration, the government through Presidential Regulation Number 67 of 2005 Concerning Government Cooperation with Business Entities in the Provision of Infrastructure proclaims the efforts to accelerate infrastructure development as an urgent need. This study aims to examine and analyze the contribution of shipbuilding in PT JANATA MARINA INDAH (JMI) Semarang to support the sea toll with the graphical analysis of the development of shipbuilding at PT JMI Semarang. competition in the domestic shipbuilding industry. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method that produces descriptive data in the form of written words of the object under study, in this case the researcher collects data in the form of an approach to the object through interviews, observation, and documentation of sources directly in the field. The results of the research show that the things that are done starting from preparation, planning, licensing, communication, implementation, and evaluation are very important to support the smooth development of a ship at the building bert.
