Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Nandar Prastyo, 2019, NIT : 52155777.T, “Pengaruh Gangguan Pada Kompresor Udara Terhadap Kebutuhan Udara Dalam Olah Gerak Kapal MV. Sinar Banda”, skripsi Progam Studi Teknika, Progam Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I: Nasri, MT M.Mar.E, Pembimbing II: R.A.J Susilo Hadi Wibowo, S.IP., M.M Infestasi dibidang maritime kini semakin marak seiring berjalannya waktu dan kebutuhan sarana transportasi laut, dan seiring dengan itu juga, pihak-pihak yang bekerja di bidang maritim dituntuk bekerja dengan maksimal termasuk masinis yang berada diatas kapal. Masinis memiliki tanggungn jawab terhadap permesinan diatas kapal sebagai penunjang kelancaran operasi kapal,oleh karena itu setiap masinis memiliki tanggung jawab dalam hal kelancaran kerja permesinan, dalam bahasan ini kompresor udara memiliki peranan penting untuk menjalankan mesin induk dan permesinan bantu lainnya yang menggunakan udara saat menghidupkan mesin. Telah disebutkan betapa pentingnya kompresor udara diatas kapal maka diperlukan tindakan untuk menjaga agar kompresor tetap bekerja secara optimal, maka diperlukan langkah-langkah yang sesuai instruction manual book pada kompresor udara agar proses pembongkaran atau erawatan pada kompresor udara dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada kendala. Dimana dari ke-3 unsur tersebut jika dilaksanakan sesuai dengan buku petunjuk maka kerja kompresor akan dapat dipertahankan sesuai dengan jam kerja, pada setiap bagian kompresor memiliki ketahanan, jika perawatan tidak dilakukan sesuai dengan buku petunjuk maka bagian kompresor akan lebih cepat rusak dan berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran kerja kompresor dan mempengaruhi kelancaran permesinan diatas kapal.Kelancaran kerja kompresor udara dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, yang telah disebutkan diatas, tetapi selain itu ketelitian pada saat sebelum menjalankan kompresor dan perawatan yang benar sesuai dengan buku petunjuk, pada saat kompresor beroperasi menghasilkan udara bertekanan juga berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran kerja kompresor.Didalam buku petunjuk telah disebutkan tatacara perawatan, pembongkaran dan pemasangan, hal tersebut dimaksudkan agar kita melakukan sesuai dengan petunjuk yang telah ada agar kompresor udara tetap dapat bekerja secara optimal sebagai pendukung kerja diatas kapal. Engineers have the responsibility for machining on board as support for the smooth operation of the ship, therefore every engineer has responsibility in the smooth running of machinery, in this discussion air compressors have an important role to play in the main engines and other auxiliary machines that use air when turning machine. It has been mentioned that the importance of an air compressor on a boat means that action is needed to keep the compressor working optimally, so the steps that are in accordance with the instruction manual book on the air compressor so that the air compressor can be disassembled without problems. Where from the 3 elements if carried out in accordance with the manual, the compressor works will be maintained according to working hours, on each compressor part has resistance, if maintenance is not carried out in accordance with the manual the compressor parts will be damaged faster and affect the smooth operation working of the compressor and influencing the smooth running of the engine on the ship. The workings of air compressors are influenced by several factors, mentioned above, but in addition to accuracy before running the main air compressor and proper maintenance in accordance with the manual, when the compressor operates it produces compressed air smooth operation of the compressor. In the user manual it has been stated the procedures for maintenance, dismantling and installation, it is intended that we carry out in accordance with existing instructions so that the air compressor can still work optimally as a supporter of work on board.
