xiii ABSTRAK Andri Wira Wicaksana, (52155702 T), 2019 “Pengaruh kurangnya suku cadang kampas breaker pada motor grabbing electric crane di kapal MV. DK 01”, skripsi Program Studi Teknika, Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I: Drs. Edy Warsopurnomo,MM, M.Mar.E, dan Pembimbing II: Dr. Winarno, S.ST, M.H. Suku cadang merupakan bagian dari satu peralatan permesinan yang dipersiapkan apabila keadaan suatu permesinan tersebut dalam perbaikan dan dibutuhkan penggantian dari suatu bagiannya karena jam kerja sudah habis atau kondisi yang sudah rusak. Suku cadang yang dibahas adalah suku cadang kampas breaker pada motor grabbing electric crane. Peneliti mengamati permasalahan kurangnya kelengkapan terkait suku cadang dalam perawatan dan perbaikan pada motor grabbing yang menghambat kelancaran operasional kapal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan dan dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat suku cadang kampas breaker pada motor grabbing electric crane yang kurang. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Fault tree analysis dimana terdapat suatu kejadian yang tidak diinginkan disebut undersiredevent terjadi pada sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah pohon kesalahan mengumpulkan metode analisis. Hal ini dapat membantu kita mencari akar masalah dengan pohon kesalahan dan cara dasar berpikir logis untuk membantu kami menentukan dasar dari masalah itu sendiri. Metode fishbone, karena bentuknya menyerupai kerangka tulang ikan yang bagianya menyerupai kepala, dan tulang ikan. penyebab permasalahan digambarkan pada sirip dan durinya. Hasilnya peneliti melakukan penelitian bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan suku cadang kampas breaker pada motor grabbing electric crane di atas kapal kurang yaitu: jam kerja crane, penggunaan suku cadang yang lebih daripada penerimaan, kurangnya inspeksi dari perusahaan dan suku cadang yang terlambat datang. Dampak yang diakibatkan adalah proses bongkar muatan batu bara mengalami keterlambatan atau delay sehingga menyebabkan memanjangnya antrian kapal yang akan sandar di pelabuhan serta pihak perusahaan mengalami kerugian dan juga mengakibatkan kerugian pula bagi perusahaan-perusahaan kapal lainnya yang menganti untuk bersandar ke pelabuhan. Spare parts are part of the machining equipment are prepared when the state of a machining required in the repair and replacement of a part because of working hours is up or damaged condition. The spare parts discussed are breaker canvas parts on motor grabbing electric cranes. The researcher observed the problem of the lack of completeness related to spare parts in the maintenance and repair of grabbing motors which hampered the smooth operation of the ship. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that caused and the impact caused by breaker canvass spare parts in motor grabbing electric cranes. The method used by the researcher is a Fault tree analysis where there is an unwanted event called undersiredevent that occurs on the system. The method used is an error tree collecting analysis methods. This can help us find the root of the problem with the fault tree and the basic way of logical thinking to help us determine the basis of the problem itself. Fishbone method, because its shape resembles the skeleton of a fish bone whose parts resemble a head, and fish bones. the cause of the problem is drawn on the fins and thorns. The results of the study conducted by researchers that there are factors that cause the breaker canvass spare parts on the motor grabbing electric crane are less, namely: crane working hours, use of spare parts more than receipts, lack of inspection from companies and spare parts that arrive late. The impact caused is the process of unloading coal experiencing delays or delays, causing the length of the queue of ships that will dock at the port and the company suffered a loss
