ABSTRAKSI Puji Kurniawan, 2019, NIT : 51145324.T, “Identifikasi Penyebab Terjadinya Kecelakaan Kerja Pada Anak Buah Kapal Bagian Mesin di Kamar Mesin KMP. PORTLINK”, Program Studi Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I : H. Suwondo, MM, M.Mar.E, Pembimbing II: Ir. Fitri Kensiwi, M.Pd Keselamatan kerja di dunia pelayaran sangat penting karena resiko terjadinya kecelakaan sangat tinggi. Hal ini adalah salah satu program yang dibuat pekerja maupun peusahaan sebagai upaya mencegah timbulnya kecelakaan kerja. dengan cara mengenali hal yang berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja serta tindakan antisipatif apabila terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Tujuannya adalah untuk menciptakan tempat kerja yang aman sehingga dapat menekan serendah mungkin resiko kecelakaan. Untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja awak kapal terutama di bagian mesin. maka harus selalu ditekankan safety first dalam bekerja. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap masalah keselamatan kerja. Penanggulangan pesawat-pesawat bantu dan motor diesel utama dalam proses pengoperasian dan perbaikan atau dalam bekerja di atas kapal terutama di kamar mesin. masing-masing tentu memiliki segi positif dan negatif. Dengan banyaknya teknologi baru, manusia dipermudah pekerjaannya. Tetapi perubahan-perubahan seperti itu juga bisa menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap para pekerja maupun perusahaan. khususnya dalam hal keselamatan kerja. Karena kekurangan keterampilan para anak buah kapal dan kesadaran dalam keselamatan kerja. Bahkan dari pihak perusahaan kurang memperhatikan terlihat dari alat-alat keselamatan kerja yang kurang memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja penyebab kecelakaan kerja awak kapal, serta upaya apa saja untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan agar tercapainya proses bekerja yang aman dan tidak menghambat pengoperasian pesawatpesawat yang berada di kapal sehingga tidak mengahambat pelayaran kapal. Dalam pelaksanaan identifikasi dapat diperoleh sumber-sumber bahaya dan akibat yang ditimbulkan, dan hasilnya dapat digunakan untuk mencari alternatif perbaikan sehingga kecelakaan kerja bisa dikurangi (Zero Accident). Metode penelitian menggunakan SWOT Analysis dan Hazard dan Operability ini dilakukan berdasarkan proses dan secara sistematis pengamatan dilakukan sesuai urutan proses tersebut untuk menyelidiki penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang terjadi dari desain sebenarnya yang memungkinkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. With so many new technologies, human easy job. But such changes also could have a negative impact on both workers and companies. particularly in terms of safety. Due to lack of skill of the crew aboard and awareness in workplace safety. Even less attention from the company looks of safety devices were inadequate. The purpose of this study is to find out what causes of accidents crew. And any effort to prevent accidents in order to achieve a safe working process. And do not hinder the operation of the aircraft that were on the ship and not mengahambat cruise ship. In the implementation of the identification can be obtained sources of danger and consequences, and the results can be used to look for alternatives so that repair work can be reduced accident (Zero Accident). Identification using SWOT and Hazard and Operability is done based on the process and systematically observations made in the order process to investigate deviations that occur from the actual design which allows accidents.
