Abstract

ABSTRAK Muhammad Adi Saputro. 51145189 N. “Optimalisasi pelaksanaan proses bongkar muat oil product secara ship to ship transfer di kapal MT. Global M“, skripsi Program Studi Nautika, Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Dosen Pembimbing I: Capt. Arika Palapa, M.Si, M. Mar, Dosen Pembimbing II: Dr. Winarno, S.ST., M.H. ABSTRACT Muhammad Adi Saputro. 51145189 N. "Optimalitation implementation of the oil product loading and unloading process ship to ship operation on MT . Global M ", Thesis Diploma IV Program, Semarang Merchant Marine Polytechnic. Supervisor I: Capt. Arika Palapa, M.Sc, M.Mar, Advisor II: Dr. Winarno, S.S.T., M.H. Ship to ship transfer is an operation where liquid or gas loads are transferred between ships that are moored to each other. Where one of the ships anchors or anchors when they are sailing. In general, the implementation starts from ship movements upon arrival, ship anchoring, hose installation, load transfer procedures, hose release, ship mooring, and movement when the ship is leaving. Based on the analysis that the implementation of loading and unloading is ship to ship transfer on MT. Global M experienced delays due to several obstacles both from human factors, equipment, procedures and natural factors. In this study, the research method used is a qualitative method and for analyzing problems using Fishbone tools and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). In terms of collecting data, approaches to objects are examined through observation, interviews and literature. By knowing the causal factors, action is expected to be taken immediately, namely by holding familiarizations and training for all crew regarding the loading and unloading process in accordance with procedures, both preparation and loading and unloading processes and maintenance of loading and unloading equipment.
